Once confirming your order, a binding agreement is made, and you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the order. We reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that this should happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Age restrictions parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.
Terms of payment
We accept payment with the following credit cards: Visa card, Matercard & Visa Electron. We also accept payment with PayPal. The sum will be deducted from your account once the order is shipped. Please note that we do not ship COD (Cash on delivery).
Local taxes, custom duties can occur, depending on your local area. Please contact you local authority more info. Such charges are not Colorful Standard expenses. Within the EU, there are no duties to be paid.
Our merchandise is intended for retail consumers only. You shall not use the site to purchase products for re-sale or export. If we suspect that you intend to resell our merchandise, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Should you, against expectations, regret your purchase, then any goods can be returned within 60 days of reception of the goods. Should you regret your purchase, then return the goods in substantial state and quantity that you received your goods in. The purchase price will be refunded to your account within 7 working days. Please remember to enclose information with your name and invoice number.

If you for some reason feel you have received a defect item upon delivery, or an item otherwise becomes defect, you must contact us immediately by sending an e-mail with your invoice number and a picture/description of the defected item. Please send to email@example.com with subject "Defect item".
